Through a natural evolution with a view to the wishes of our customers, Cerdi gained a lot of experience in automating, among other things, the welding process. We offer the customer more than just the delivery of devices with associated service. A multidisciplinary approach based on complete concept integration allows us to offer customized solutions at project level that span the entire width of our product range. We work closely with suppliers of robotics for this and deliver a result commitment in which the requirements of the customer are central. Some examples of added value creation through an integral project approach:
- Installation and programming of robotics for supporting welding process
- Smart control of power sources for electrolytic galvanization
- Design of metal gripper and connection to robot
Not only did Cerdi supply our premium power sources but the they also helped us set up a smart control system, which means we can now work much more cost-efficiently.
By Cerdi's proposal, after purchasing a new welding machine, I decided to fully automate my welding process, which resulted in a doubling of the efficiency of my process. I am very satisfied with the service and the result!
