DA4-AS

The Cerdi 'DA4-AS' is a wire feeder for the arc spray system and can be placed on the AS 383 power source. The wire feeder can also be placed on the ground and brought close to the workpiece for extra comfort. This offers the advantage that the intermediate cable (standard: 5 meters) between the source and the reel can be extended without any problem. The wire is unwound using a system driven by a pneumatic motor. The speed control is automatically adjusted by varying the air pressure supply, which can be read on the pressure gauge. A display provides a digital display of the voltage and current. On the front you will find a connector for operating the torch trigger and a switch for the spray in permanent position in 4T or 2T. The connections for the torch are the 2 BEB - and + connectors, the motor and compressed air connections and 2 quick couplings for the wire guide hoses, if you work with wire reels mounted on the wire feed unit.
